Our team

Morven Mackenzie
Head of Strategy
Morven is well-known in Aberdeen for her charitable efforts as founder of local third sector initiative, Celebrate Aberdeen.
However, her professional background lies primarily in marketing and communications.
Prior to joining All Life Chances in 2023, she headed up one of Aberdeen’s leading creative agencies. Before that she set up and ran one of the city’s first integrated marketing consultancies.
Morven left the world of agency to help set up All Life Chances, where her role involves developing and implementing the charity's strategy, while overseeing all marketing and communications activities.
She’s a great believer in the importance of community and the power of the collective. As she often says: “If it takes a village to raise a child, imagine what a city could do!”.

Susan Crighton
Director of Community Engagement
Susan is a born and bred Aberdonian and has been a key player on the local charity scene since 2004.
She began her third sector journey as a volunteer, before going on to lead the fundraising teams at both CLAN Cancer Support and Charlie House.
Susan played a pivotal role in delivering CLAN’s 1,2,3 campaign and was also instrumental in the launch of the Charlie House Big Build initiative.
As our Director of Community Engagement, she is responsible for engaging with communities to understand their needs, while coordinating support from corporates, charities, and volunteers.
Susan is passionate about helping and supporting others, and through her work with us, she can leverage her network, skills, and determination to make a significant impact across the city.

Lara Munro
Director of Operations
Lara joined All Life Chances from the world of education, where she held headteacher roles in both Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen city.
Before moving to Aberdeen, Lara spent much of her 14-year career in London, Slough and the surrounding areas, supporting children and families from a diverse range of communities, cultures and backgrounds.
Her main role at All Life Chances is to work with our partners to develop childcare and youth development programmes, ensuring service provisions are in-line with regulatory requirements and compliant with current legislation and best practice.
However, she is also responsible for ensuring our overall operations run smoothly.
With a passion for driving positive change, Lara strives to create opportunities for personal growth and skills development in others.

Leanne McIntosh
Fundraising Manager
Leanne has more than a decade of experience in the third sector, as well as a real passion for creating lasting social impact.
Originally from Aberdeen, she has built a career dedicated to supporting children, young people, and their families.
Before joining us, Leanne was the Grants & Trusts Team Lead at Charlie House, where she played a key role in launching its landmark Big Build Appeal; a transformative project aimed at building a specialist support centre for children with life-limiting conditions in the North-east of Scotland.
Prior to that she was Business Development Manager at Aberdeen Foyer, and Fundraising Coordinator for the Childline Service at NSPCC, where she was part of the Scotland-wide fundraising team.
Leanne holds an honours degree in Corporate Communication from RGU and combines strategic thinking with a warm, collaborative approach to partnership building.
