We are seeking new Trustees to join the Board and help shape the next chapter of our work.

About the Role 

 

Trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of All Life Chances. Working collaboratively with fellow Board members and the operational team, you will: 

 

  • Ensure the charity operates in line with its mission and values 
  • Safeguard the charity’s financial sustainability and good governance 
  • Support long-term strategy and growth 
  • Monitor performance and impact 
  • Be an ambassador for All Life Chances 

 

 

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly keen to hear from those with experience of: 

 

  • Fundraising and Income Generation 
  • Education  
  • Community Development and Youth Work 
  • Social Work 
  • Marketing and Communications 
  • Healthcare 
  • Business Systems and Digital Transformation 
  • Lived experience of poverty or social disadvantage 
  • Local knowledge of Aberdeen and the surrounding areas
