Kristen is a senior commercial banking and corporate finance professional with over 25 years’ experience supporting businesses across Scotland and the UK. She has held senior relationship director roles with major financial institutions including Lloyds Banking Group, Santander UK, and DNB, advising mid-market and large corporate clients on funding, growth strategy and investment. 

Kristen now works as a strategic adviser to growing businesses and investors through her own firm, Rossvoll Advisory, and holds a number of board and advisory roles across the North East of Scotland. She is particularly passionate about supporting entrepreneurial businesses and strengthening regional economies. 

Alongside her commercial career, Kristen has a strong commitment to community and governance. She previously served as a board member of Camphill School Aberdeen and is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to thrive. 

As a trustee of All Life Chances, Kristen brings financial, strategic and governance expertise to support the charity’s mission of improving opportunities and outcomes for children and young people.
